Rupiyape is a facilitator and not a lender, insurer, or financial advisor. All final decisions on products are made by the respective financial institutions.

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• A resident of India
• Capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872

4. Partner Programme

Our Partner Programme allows registered agents to earn commissions by referring customers to financial products listed on our platform. Partners must:

• Complete KYC verification before earning commissions
• Provide accurate and honest information to customers
• Not engage in any misleading or fraudulent referral practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Rupiyape reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts for violations of these terms.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
